There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline, and it is only necessary to ensure that there is a quantitative lead in the pump body before working. Different self-priming pumps can work for different liquids. The working principle of the self-priming pump is that the pump casing is filled with water (or there is water in the pump casing) before the pump started. After starting, the impeller rotates at a high speed so that the water in the impeller channel flows to the volute. At this time, a vacuum is formed at the inlet, so that the water inlet check door is opened, and the air in the suction pipe enters the pump and reaches the outer edge through the impeller channel.
The water pump is used for water supply and drainage of river water, well water, boiler, etc. It is used for rural farmland, breeding, garden, hotel, boiler pressurization, canteen and high-rise building water supply, etc. The water supply condition is clean water. Before the first use, the water storage tank should be filled with water, and the water will automatically come out after turned on tens of seconds, and there is no need to refill the water for future use. The pump should be close to the water source, the suction pipeline should be as short as possible and no air leakage is allowed, otherwise it will not be able to absorb water. It is recommended to install the water pump directly above the water well, but if the water pump can only be installed far from the water well, the maximum length of the pipe from the water well depends on the suction pump head.
